meta medi wonderful emotive music that wildly and boldly blows me away. Can't help but feel dripping with sentimentality and nostalgia and I'm not sure why. Can totally make dinner go cold while the mind and heart are captivated Favorite track: Silver.

vacant planet Huge walls of swirling black metal riffs drawing inspiration from a wide array of genres such as goth, post-punk, and shoegaze. Highly recommended for anyone that wants something different from the stale post-black metal template. Favorite track: Water's Edge.

Andy Will always have time for An Autumn for Crippled Children and this album is no different. The intense style is intact as the listener gets the impression that the band are in a hurry to finish each track which must average no more than 4 minutes each. This is music for a fast drive through traffic rather than a stroll through the woods ! Favorite track: None More Pale.

bcb723 "Water's Edge" is an otherworldly song. Sounds like if New Order decided to go down the blackgaze metal path. Not sure I've ever heard anything quite like it and sets the bar extremely high for the rest of the album. Favorite track: Water's Edge.

pondbear78 Never thought this would be for me but I heard 'I Became You' on Spotify and have been hooked ever since. Very good music and the vocals play an unexpected role that really adds to the emotion in the music. I love it. Favorite track: Craving Silence.

I love the light and shade between Bryan's dirty and Emma's forlorn vocals. There are so many layers to this recording that are driven home through contrast. Plus the riffs are brilliant and get me moving. I can't stop listening to Thou and Emma in general lately. spaceman2250
